Hand made Fontainebleau sign - 1 of 1
Those who have been to Fontainebleau will recognise these signs that appear on every path and junction in the Forest, you may have even followed them to or from your favourite crag.
You can now have your own on the wall at home.
I will only ever sell one of these (there is just one other that I have on my own wall at home).
Hand made and painted by Jacob Martin.
480mm x 260mm (the same size as those found in the forest).
Galvanised steel.
Imperfect, like all the best handmade items.
Limited edition of 1.
If you are the one person who orders this I will be in touch before sitting down to hand make and paint your sign. We can discuss your favourite places in the forest and which trail name to write on your sign. Further to this the number in the top right corner represents the section of forest where the sign sits, on mine this is 764, the number for the area containing my favourite crag Franchard Cuisinière.
Note this will take a number of weeks to make before shipping, I’ll keep you in the loop.
